The elegant and adherent external cap actively rationalizes the air flow to reduce its resistance through multiple angles of incidence, while the 14 Wind Tunnel ™ air intakes convey the air through the helmet to provide an incredible cooling power that rival our street helmets with much more aggressive ventilation.
Inside, the "ball and socket" design of the spherical Technology ™ developed together with Mips®, the brain protection system allows the outdoor foam cap EPS to rotate around the internal cap during an impact to help redirect the forces impact away from the brain and then reduce the negative effects. In addition, the progressive stratification of the internal and external cap helps to offer more complete protection: the external cap is more rigid to resist most impacts while the internal cap is more "soft" to reduce the effects to the head. The ROC LOC® 5 AIR size regulator improves the stability and fit of the helmet, while the Ionic+™ antimicrobial padding helps to absorb sweat and humidity and provides lasting antimicrobial performance.
